Keith Bedingham

Keith Bedingham holds a first-class honours degree in psychology and a post-graduate Diploma in Mediation (Alternative Dispute Resolution) from Regents University, London. He is a member of both the British Psychological Society and the Management Consultants Association division of the Chartered Management Institute.

As one of the founding members of Verax Ltd, a consultancy specializing in strategy formulation and organizational change and development, Keith has accumulated over 30 years of experience in international consulting, working with global organizations and large public sector bodies. Verax International Ltd focuses on organization diagnostics for effective change and business improvement.

Throughout his career, Keith has held roles in market research and general management within various multinational companies in the UK and overseas. He has authored or co-authored more than 50 published articles on topics including Organizational Change, Leadership, Bullying, and the use of diagnostics in change and development programs.

Keith has led projects aimed at researching the causes of accidents, safety performance, and health and well-being, Keith’s findings emphasize that accidents can be rooted in the environment, organizational culture, leadership, and individual employee behavior.

Keith is driven by a passion for uncovering the underlying truths behind success or failure in organizations and individuals. He places great importance on verifying results and measuring the financial return on investment in Organizational Development, Change, as well as Learning and Development.
